1. The studio

Nevervoid Framed is a memory preservation studio that turns personal photographs into handcrafted framed wall art. By placing an enquiry or order you agree to these terms.

2. Preview before payment

Every order begins with a free framed preview. No payment is taken before you approve the preview. Small refinements are included.

3. Photo ownership

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the photographs you submit. Nevervoid Framed only uses your images to create your preview and final artwork.

4. Print quality

The final print quality depends on the original photograph. We recommend using the highest resolution file available. Compressed files (for example WhatsApp images) may show softness in larger sizes.

5. Production & delivery

Preview within 48 hours. After approval and payment, framing and shipping typically takes 7 to 10 working days across India. Shipping is insured and tracked.

6. Returns

Because each frame is custom made, returns are accepted only when a frame arrives damaged or defective. Please write to contact@nevervoid.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographs.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel any time before approving the preview at no cost. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Liability

Nevervoid Framed liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
